The farm inn

U Sapè Fà is a farm inn in Saliceto, in the heart of Corsica. We raise our own cattle and pigs between Morosaglia and Piedigriggio, and what we serve comes first from our farm.

Our speciality is spit-roasted meat: whole pig, whole veal, cooked over a wood fire. The wood oven takes care of the rest of the meal.

In summer, the kitchen moves outdoors. All year round, the bar welcomes regulars and passers-by alike.
